ShareGallery launches at SXSW, Austin, TX with 68 Airbnbs
ShareGallery, Inc. is a distributed retail marketplace platform that turns any space into a “shoppable” showroom where everyone shares in the profits. Airbnb owners can now furnish their properties with unique items at wholesale prices and earn a percentage of the profit when guests buy copies of the items for themselves. Guests simply scan a QR code to make a purchase and the items are drop shipped directly from the vendor. This unique hybrid retail model lets customers see, feel and experience new products and conveniently purchase them online—earning passive income for Airbnb owners.
