My background includes co-founding and exiting several businesses, such as USA Shade (acquired by Apollo Global Management), Nexref Technologies (acquired by TopFan), and Edgy Labs (acquired by Compass UOL). Each chapter reinforced the same lesson: companies that adopt the right technology early create lasting advantage if they are focused on generating real business value and solving critical problems.

Today, as Co-Founder of SmythOS, I partner with enterprise teams to translate complex business problems into clear, executable AI strategies—driving efficiency, accelerating output, and enabling sustainable growth.
