By accessing or using this website, submitting a profile, or interacting with the directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. User Eligibility and Authority

By creating or submitting a profile, you represent and warrant that:

Individual Profiles

You are:

      • The person named in the profile, or

      • An authorized representative with permission to publish the information

Organization Profiles

You are:

      • An employee, officer, contractor, or authorized representative of the organization, and

      • Authorized to publish information about the organization

Event Profiles

You are:

      • An organizer, producer, sponsor, or authorized representative of the event

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to submit the information provided.

4. Profile Submission and Publication

Review and Approval

All profiles are reviewed by GIE administrators before publication. We reserve the right to:

      • Approve or reject any profile

      • Request edits or verification

      • Remove or modify published profiles at any time

We are not obligated to publish any submission.

Accuracy of Information

You agree that all submitted information is accurate, not misleading, not defamatory, and not infringing on the rights of others. You agree to update information if it becomes inaccurate.

5. Public Nature of the Directory

Once approved and published, profile information becomes publicly accessible on the internet. This may include:

      • Names

      • Titles

      • Organization details

      • Event details

      • Images or logos

      • Links to external sites or social platforms

      • Descriptions and biographical content

You acknowledge that public information may be viewed, indexed, copied, or shared by third parties beyond GIE’s control.

6. Profile Associations

The platform allows associations between profiles, including:

      • Individuals linked to organizations

      • Individuals linked to events

      • Organizations linked to events

      • Cross-references among all profile types

You are responsible for ensuring any listed affiliations or associations are truthful and authorized. GIE may remove associations that appear inaccurate, misleading, or disputed.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent; infringes intellectual property rights; violates privacy or publicity rights; contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal content; promotes unlawful activity; or includes malware, spam, or deceptive links. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content

By submitting content, you grant GIE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, publish, reproduce, distribute, and promote your submitted content in connection with the Global Innovation Embassy platform. You retain ownership of your content.

GIE Platform

All platform design, branding, text, graphics, and structure (excluding user content) are owned by GIE and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Profiles may contain links to third-party websites. GIE is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external sites.
